Welcome students and parents! 

Career Exploratory is a program designed to assist 9th and 10th grade students in developing  independence, confidence, maturity, and basic job skills. Students will participate in values and interests research, develop soft skills/life skills through Microburst training,  create resumes and develop personal interview skills.  Students will also have the opportunity to spend time in the career programs offered by Bonds Career Center through our career rotation program.

Classes students will observe:

Welding, Culinary Arts, Mechatronics, Architectural Design and Drafting, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Firefighting, Building Construction, Machine Tool, Motorsports Technology, Auto Tech and Graphic Communications (AM only). 

Starting in Fall of 2023, this class will satisfy the .5 Personal Finance requirement for high school.  During the second 9 weeks of the semester, students will learn about managing their personal finances, insurance and risk, financing higher education, taxes and building financial security for their future.
